replace every 5 years? wow! our water has completely changed! crystal clear water. super easy to install. purged 5 gallons and then went to take a sip and its better than my fridgerator water which is filtered by an expensive filter. this thing is half the price and tastes better. i did a blind taste test between my wife and son and they chose the faucet!!!

Hooked this up to the waterline on our boat to the kitchen sink. We fill our boat's water reservoir at home with RO water but sitting in the tank, I can only assume that it gets "funky." This filter keeps the water tasting fresh and clean. TDS is still very low, but that is from our RO. I highly recommend this unit to achieve clean and fresh drinking water. Was super easy to install even though I had to get adapters for the boat plumbing. Quick trip to West Marine and, BOOM, it was done in about 10 minutes.
