Order Cancellations

1. Within 24 Hours of Purchase:

  • Email us at support@vonwater.com or call within 24 hours, there will be no cancellation fees for standard items canceled before shipment
  • If the package has already been shipped, we will provide a return label. A refund will be issued once we received the returned package.

2. After 24 Hours of Purchase:

     If the package has already shipped, you will need to cover the return shipping fee. The product must be damage-free, in its original packaging, and returned with the original receipt. We will process your refund after receiving the returned package.

30-day Risk-free Return Policy

  • Eligible to return items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be disassembled and repackaged as received.
  • No restocking fee, but customers cover return shipping costs unless due to quality issues.
  • Valid for orders within the continental United States at VonWater.com

Return after 30 Days of Receipt

After 30 days from the date of receipt, the product will be covered under the warranty provided with the product. We understand that issues may arise beyond the initial 30-day return period. Step 2: Once your return request is approved, our service team will issue a shipping label to you. Please affix this label to your package and send it back to us.

Step 3: We will track the package and process your refund promptly after receiving and inspecting the package. Your refund will be credited back to your account within the standard 3-7 working days.
