Discard wastewater first — every time.
Once the water level reaches the minimum line, please fully discard the left water in the tank first and refill it with fresh tap water to ensure optimal performance.

Make sure the filter cartridge is installed correctly
Reinstall the filter: Lift, press firmly into place, and ensure it locks—printed side facing forward. A distinct "click" confirms proper installation.

Make sure the accessories installed firmly
Verify tank & pitcher: Lift and reinstall the feed water tank and pure water pitcher to confirm correct positioning.

Power cycle
Turn off the system, wait 15 minutes, then power it back on. The machine will restart automatically, and water filtration should resume normally.

Check power connection
Ensure the device is properly plugged into a working power outlet and the power switch is turned on.

Do not fill water directly into the TANK.
Do not fill water directly into the TANK. When the feed water tank indicator "water exchange", please lift the feed water tank, pour out the remain-ing water and refill it with fresh tap water, then put it back onto the machine base.

Check for the Feed Water Tank
Check the Magetic Part / White Float at the bottom of the feed water tank

Descaling Agents Usage Guide

Preparation
1. 100g / 0.22lb Citric Acid;
2. 50g / 0.11lb backing soda
Recommend: 17oz / 500ml mixing container;
Large water collection container

Crtric Acid Solution
Dissolve 100g citric acid in 500 ml war, water

Fill it to the Feed Water Tank
Fill the citric acid solution to the water tank then start flush cycles.

Start 2 Full Feed Water Tank Flush Cycles
When “Water Exchange 🔄“ icon blinking/display, empty the tank then add the fresh tap water.

Fill it with Baking Soda Solution
After the two tank flushes, fill the tank with a baking soda solution. Run the machine to complete this final flush cycle. Once done, the entire descaling process is finished. Your machine is now ready for regular use.

Can't Complete Flushing
During the flush process, if you see any of the following—the progress percentage blinking, the water dispenser button flashing, the pitcher light staying on, or the pitcher being full—press the water dispenser button to dispense water. The flushing progress will then continue.
