Descaling Agents Usage Guide

1. Prepare descaling solution (use citric acid only)
-Pour 100g of citric acid into a clean container (container>17oz/500ml).

-Add a small amount of warm water (40-50°C, about 17oz/500ml) and stir 2-3 minsuntil fully dissolved.

-Pour the solution into the feed water tank, then add tap water up to the 5.5L mark,and mix well.

2. Soak (do NOT press any water production button)

-Power on the machine; it will start filtering automatically.

-Do not press any buttons.

-Turn off the system halfway through the filtering cycle (when about 1/10 of thewater has been filtered into the pitcher).

-Let it soak for 15-30 minutes to fully dissolve scale.

3. Drain and flush with clean water
-After soaking. discard all acidic solution from the feed tank and portable pure water pitcher.
-Rinse the inside of the feed tank once with clean water.

-Refill the tank with fresh tap water to 5.5L, reinstall the pitcher.

-Let the machine automatically filter water into the pitcher. Once enough water is produced, press the dispensing button to release water from the spout.

-Flush with 1-2 full tanks of tap water until no sour smell is detected and TDS returns to normal.
Note: During flushing. you may tilt the machine 15° forward or gently shake it to help release air from the pump.

Discard wastewater first — every time.

Once the water level reaches the minimum line, please fully discard the left water in the tank first and refill it with fresh tap water to ensure optimal performance.

Make sure the filter cartridge is installed correctly

Reinstall the filter: Lift, press firmly into place, and ensure it locks—printed side facing forward. A distinct "click" confirms proper installation.

Make sure the accessories installed firmly

Verify tank & pitcher: Lift and reinstall the feed water tank and pure water pitcher to confirm correct positioning.

Power cycle

Turn off the system, wait 15 minutes, then power it back on. The machine will restart automatically, and water filtration should resume normally.

Ensure the device is properly plugged into a working power outlet and the power switch is turned on.

Do not fill water directly into the TANK. When the feed water tank indicator "water exchange", please lift the feed water tank, pour out the remain-ing water and refill it with fresh tap water, then put it back onto the machine base.

Can't Complete Flushing

During the flush process, if you see any of the following—the progress percentage blinking, the water dispenser button flashing, the pitcher light staying on, or the pitcher being full—press the water dispenser button to dispense water. The flushing progress will then continue.
